         Terms of Service: By accessing or using Steam Drops, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
    

1. Service Description

Steam Drops provides a platform for daily game giveaways, community forums, and user interaction. We are not affiliated with Valve Corporation or Steam.

Access to giveaways is a privilege, not a right.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility

To use Steam Drops, you must:

Have a valid Steam account with a public profile during registration.
Meet the minimum library value requirement of $50 to register.
Maintain only one Steam Drops account per person.
If you choose to set a region, do so accurately — once saved, it cannot be changed without staff assistance.

3. User Conduct

To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone, you agree NOT to:

Create multiple accounts to exploit the giveaway system.
Use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the site.
Post content that is harassing, abusive, or violates any laws.
Attempt to bypass or manipulate the point generation system.
Resell, trade, or redistribute won game keys.
Submit false key feedback to manipulate trust scores.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Account points, levels, and achievements are non-transferable and have no real-world monetary value.
Active giveaway entries become ineligible for winner selection during a suspension.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We make no warranties regarding the uptime or availability of the site.
We are not responsible for keys that may be region-locked or invalid, though we strive to ensure quality through our feedback system.
Steam Drops acts solely as a facilitator for giveaways.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site.
