Там две кнопки - "ОК" и "Не ОК", реролла нет.

Не, реролл есть, но его оказывается нельзя выбрать когда ключ уже открыт

Вот оно и вот, а без открытия не узнаешь есть там регион лок или нет.
(Я ведь специально глянул, что доступна в Стиме, а оно вот как может оказаться)
